A 15-amino-acid peptide derived from gastric juice. The most popular recovery peptide with 100+ preclinical studies showing accelerated healing of tendons, ligaments, muscle, gut lining, and nerves.
Cagrilintide
ACagrilintide (long-acting amylin analog)
A once-weekly amylin analog that reduces appetite via the area postrema. Combined with semaglutide ('CagriSema') it has produced ~22% weight loss in trial data.
Cerebrolysin
BCerebrolysin (porcine brain peptide complex)
A standardized mixture of low-molecular-weight peptides from porcine brain. Decades of stroke, dementia, and TBI trial data — modest but consistent cognitive recovery effects.

A nonapeptide originally isolated from rabbit blood after EEG-defined slow-wave sleep induction. Inconsistent human evidence for sleep but explored for stress and analgesia.
Epitalon

A synthetic tetrapeptide that reportedly upregulates telomerase activity. Russian longevity studies suggest mortality reductions but Western RCTs are absent.
GHK-Cu
B+Copper Peptide GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide that modulates 4,000+ human genes. The most studied peptide for skin rejuvenation with both preclinical and clinical topical evidence.

AGrowth Hormone Releasing Hormone, full sequence
The full 44-amino-acid GHRH sequence. The natural pituitary stimulus for GH release. Largely supplanted in clinical use by sermorelin/tesamorelin but remains a research and diagnostic tool.

BGrowth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2
A potent synthetic ghrelin-mimetic GH secretagogue. Drives strong GH spikes but raises cortisol and prolactin more than newer alternatives like Ipamorelin.
GHRP-6
BGrowth Hormone Releasing Peptide 6
An older GHS that produces strong appetite stimulation in addition to GH release. Largely supplanted by Ipamorelin and GHRP-2 for clinical use but still common in research stacks.
Glutathione (GSH)
BReduced L-Glutathione
Technically a tripeptide (γ-glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine) and the body's primary antioxidant. Often grouped with peptide therapy in IV/compounded form for liver support and oxidative stress.
Gonadorelin
AGonadorelin (GnRH)
Synthetic GnRH used clinically to stimulate LH/FSH release. In testosterone replacement therapy, used pulsatile to preserve testicular size and fertility instead of hCG.
Hexarelin
BHexarelin (HEX)
The strongest GH-releasing hexapeptide and one of the few peptides with documented direct cardiac benefits in animal models. Tachyphylaxis (diminished response over time) limits long-term use.
Humanin
BHumanin (HN)
A 24-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide with cytoprotective effects across Alzheimer's, diabetes, and atherosclerosis preclinical models. Endogenous levels decline sharply with age.
Ipamorelin
BIpamorelin Acetate
A selective growth hormone secretagogue that triggers GH release from the pituitary without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin. The safest GH peptide with the fewest side effects.
Kisspeptin-10
BKisspeptin-10 (KP-10)
A 10-amino-acid neuropeptide that triggers GnRH release. Studied as a more physiologic alternative to hCG/GnRH for fertility, libido, and HPG-axis assessment.
KPV
C+α-MSH Tripeptide KPV
The C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH with documented anti-inflammatory activity in IBD and dermatitis preclinical models. Frequently delivered orally and topically.

An 8-amino-acid oral peptide that tightens intestinal tight junctions by antagonizing zonulin signaling. The most-studied 'leaky gut' peptide with celiac trial data.

The only human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide. Active against bacteria, viruses, and biofilms. Investigated topically for infected wounds and mucosal infections.
Melanotan II

A non-selective melanocortin agonist (MC1R/MC3R/MC4R) that produces tanning and erection effects. Significant safety concerns including melanoma case reports.

B+Ibutamoren (MK-677)
An orally active ghrelin-receptor agonist that drives 24-hour increases in GH and IGF-1. Technically a non-peptide small molecule but always grouped with GH peptides.

ABremelanotide (Vyleesi)
A melanocortin receptor agonist that works directly on the nervous system to increase sexual desire. The only FDA-approved peptide for sexual dysfunction that acts on the brain rather than vascular system.

Triple agonist at GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. Phase 2 produced 24.2% mean weight reduction at 48 weeks — the highest ever in a clinical obesity trial.

A synthetic analog of tuftsin with anxiolytic and nootropic properties. Modulates GABA and serotonin systems to reduce anxiety without sedation.
